Shipping

• Shipping cost is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page, where you will be shown options and prices for shipping.
• We offer free shipping on orders over the minimum amount in the USA (only the 48 contiguous states)!
• Currently we ship within the USA only.
• Generally, orders of in-stock items ship within 2-3 business days from receipt, Monday through Friday.
• If a product is temporarily out-of-stock, you will be notified and can opt for a back-order.
• You will receive a confirmation email when your order has shipped.

Return 

Products must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.​ We only offer refunds. Exchanges are not part of our returns policy. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  

If you need to return an item, please email to info@ltcbaby.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with a return label for how to return items for your order.

Refund 

If your return is marked as delivered, sit tight, our returns team will be in touch by email once the return has been processed to confirm your refund. Refund can usually take up to 21 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays) to be delivered and processed by our returns team. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Exchange 

Unfortunately, we currently don't offer exchanges. In order to make the returns process as efficient as possible, we only offer refunds.
